Since 2006, we have been designing and producing picture and board books, nursery rhyme CDs and DVD and activity time booklets for families to share with their children from birth. Research continues to tell us that a child’s brains will grow and develop by an amazing 80% in the first 4 years. By having fun every day through sharing stories, playing games, singing songs and lots of talking, not only helps you to bond with your baby, but will also have significant impact on the growth and development of your baby’s brain.
Customer Reviews
“Hugh at age 3 was going through the usual fussy stage about food when he got his preschool LBBC pack. He loved the little books in the purple bag. Each morning he would select his breakfast from the choices in the book and ask his mum (Hannah) to organise it for him exactly as shown in the picture. He then would eat it! Sometimes they did this with the other meals but, it mostly helped for breakfast.
Your Family Favourites recipe book which supports the mini picture books has been used a lot in this household also with Hugh helping his mum to cook. Hannah says the recipes always work out and are simple enough even for a busy mum with two small children.
Hugh also likes shopping for the ingredients for cooking and has become quite skilful in reading environmental print.” Bridget Coulter, Mum of Hannah and Nana of Hugh
“I have found that the little What will I have for breakfast, lunch, dinner etc seem to be Jesse’s (my 3yo) favourite as he enjoys sitting down and working out what all the ingredients together make. It’s also a great way for him to see different dishes and has started trying meals similar to what are in the books.” Jo, mother of Jesse aged 3yrs, SA.
